Ruapehu Mountain Motel & Lodge - Ohakune

This place has a fantastic location, very near the national park, with easy access to dog-friendly walking tracks, the main market, the mountain, and off-mountain facilities.

I asked for guest room with a lounge, a kettle, and a living area, it was new-fashioned.

Quiet and nice place, we did not want to leave.

The hotel was in a great and fantastic location next to town centre and cafes and restaurant for what we wanted it for. The staff was ready to assist, very pleasant and accommodating people. The room was new-fashioned and neat, excellent value for money.

My one-night stay with two friends was enjoyable at this venue, conveniently located near a railway station in a stunning area.

Great and absolutely perfect location, we truly enjoyed staying here.

This place was nice in general with a super-friendly staff team. The food was good and the bar was good. Location: the hotel was close to the bars and restaurants and mountain and Powderkeg. It also was to everything in Ohakune.

The units are well-kept with comfortable beds and large screen TVs. the location is fantastic, very close to local attractions, great pubs, and bars. the staff are reasonably good.

The place is really comfy, the food is delicious, and it's in a great spot close to the shops. 🍽️

t.V only had one channel, water pressure was awful, lock on door was faulty, key didnt open door to spa, room was boarded up and reception couldnt be contacted to turn it on...false advertising on the website, said that was the cheapest option but had 3 beds????

Well situated and comfortable. Reasonable Rates.

Room was a little cold and took a long time to heat. A lot of condensation in the bathroom - needs an extraction fan and some heating.

Its location was tranquil, just next door to the supermarket. Ohakune is always a great place to stay. I appreciated the well-equipped single room with a comfortable bed.

I thought we would have a touch more space in our room, and more in room facilities.

Spas clhorine levels were very high, lovely facility though only down side was stinging eyes
